Going down the pipe will shoot Mario into the sky. The player has to go on top of that tree to meet with another pipe. Star Coin 2: At the first tree from the Checkpoint Flag, there is a pipe from which Goombas are released.A line of Coins marks the path to the top of the tree. Star Coin 1: On top of the third tree from the start of the level.Two of the three Star Coins in this level require Raccoon Mario. There are also several pipes which release Goombas. There are two Roulette Coin Blocks in the level, one on the platform to the right of the first Star Coin, and the second near the end of the level on a platform with Snake Blocks around it. Goombas and Koopa Troopas inhabit the level and the main power-up is the Super Leaf. There are Snake Blocks circling around platforms throughout the level. The player can go on top of trees by using Raccoon Mario. Use your Mega Mushroom to break these blocks, and get the coin.The player starts on a bridge in front of a tree on a hill. You'll then find a Star Coin trapped in some blocks. Take this Mega Mushroom, and start running to the right. Once you get to a Fire Pipe, shoot fire balls into it until a Mega Mushroom comes out. Star Coin 3: In order to get this Star Coin, you need a Fire Flower.Get onto the upper floor, avoid the Koopa Troopas, then get the Star Coin before the P-Switch runs out. Press the P-Switch, then run through some Warp Pipes. This will lead you to a room with a P-Switch. Star Coin 2: Right after the first Star Coin, enter the yellow Warp Pipe.Hit the POW Blocks in the structure by either Ground Pounding or using a Koopa Shell to reveal the Star Coin. Star Coin 1: Not too far after going through the first Warp Pipe, there should be a brick structure with 3 Koopa Troopas in it.It has multiple Koopa Troopas, Brick Blocks, and POW Blocks. Like most other second levels in Mario games, this level takes place underground.
